Hosted by Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, this W‑CRF event brings together water sector professionals to explore the evolving role of control rooms in delivering better operational, environmental and customer outcomes. The day will follow the full operational “circle of life” – from asset data and alarm design, through operational response and planning, to performance insight and continuous improvement – with sector discussion, case studies and a look ahead to the future control room, including predictive alarms and AI‑enabled response.
